Shirley Quinones is a Native New Yorker of Hispanic Descent who is fluent in the Spanish Language.  She advises clients in the areas of Real Estate, Municipal Court matters, Family Court Matters, Immigration, Landlord/Tenant Matters, and Special Civil Matters.  She handles both Commercial and Residential Real Estate transactions and will conduct these transactions in Spanish for our clients who do not speak or understand the English Language.  In the Area of Family Law she handles Domestic Violence Complaints, Divorce, Custody, Visitation and other matters involving the family.  Her immigration practice centers primarily in the area of immigrant and non-immigrant family based petitions, naturalization, deferred action and other matters wherein our clients will be able to obtain green cards, work permits and citizenship.  Ms. Quinones handles matters involving Landlord/Tenant issues involving non-payment of rent and eviction matters as well as other civil matters.  In the area of Municipal Court practice Ms. Quinones handles all traffic matters, including DWI/DUI and disorderly persons matters.
