Landlords in New Jersey are required to obtain certain documentation prior to renting a property as well as the requirement that they respond to any issues the tenant may have.  A tenant also has certain responsibilities in the landlord tenant relationship.  When either the landlord and/or the tenant are not living up to their responsibilities they will wind up on landlord/tenant court.  We represent clients in all aspects of the Landlord/Tenant Area to insure that either the Landlord or the Tenant is satisfied with the result.
